Qualification for registration:
Citizen holding a legal identification document can register without discrimination of nationality.

Registration and Payment Methods:

1. In Person or through a representative (Until 3^rd Dec. 2011, 8:00pm)
• Participant should fill in a registration form and submit it along with valid ID/passport copy and the registration fee, at one of the registration venues stated below.
• Upon confirmation, a "Receipt" used for collection of number bib and chip on 2^nd & 3^rd December at Olympic Sport Centre Stadium (Taipa) will be given to the athlete.
  
• Only MOP/HK Dollars will be accepted and exchange rates will not be considered.
  
  
2. By Post (Until 18^th Nov. 2011, 5:30pm)
• Participant should fill in a registration form and submit it, by post, along with valid ID/passport copy, a bank draft and post it to one of the registration venues stated below.
• Upon confirmation, an “Acknowledgement Letter” and “Receipt” used for collection of number bib and chip on 2^nd & 3^rd December at Olympic Sport Centre Stadium (Taipa) will be sent by post to the athlete.
  
• Bank Draft should be made payable to: FUNDO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DESPORTIVO
  
• Personal Checks are not accepted.
  
  
3. Online Registration (Until 25^th Nov. 2011, 11:30pm)

• Participants registered with an online user account
  • Participants will receive an e-mail notification or can visit the website directly, login with their user name and password to access their individual record and to complete the "online express registration".
    
    
• 2010 Participants without an online user account
  • Participants can visit our website and enter their 2010 bib number and registered identification document number to create their online account, to view their individual record and to complete the "online express registration".
    
    
• New Participants
  • Participants can visit the website to set up their online account and to carry out the registration procedures
    
    
• Notes:
  • Upon completion of Step 1 of online registration procedure, the participant’s application will have a pending status, and the applicant will need to download or print the "Application Receipt".
    
  • Upon verification of registration information by the Organizers, successful applicants will receive a confirmation notice by email
    
  • Athletes must keep their "Application Receipt", which will be used for collection of their number BIB, chip and event information in Olympic Sport Centre Stadium between 2^nd & 3^rd December 2011.
    
  • Non-local athletes, who applied online under the category of "local athletes" and paid registration fees applicable to local athletes, will be disqualified from registering, and their applications will not be approved by the Organizers. Disqualified applicants will receive an "unsuccessful registration" notice by email and will need to contact the Organizers immediately to rectify their status and seek approval of their registration from the Organizers.
    
  • Local athletes are considered those holding Macau Resident's ID cards
    - Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted for payment .
    
    
4. Please note that Registration by Fax will not be accepted and please keep the receipt properly as it won’t be re-issued.
   
   
5. Quota
   • 1,000 participants for Full Marathon.
   • 2,000 participants for Half Marathon.
   • 3,000 participants for Mini Marathon.
     Quotas are assigned on a first come first served basis and according to the date and time of completing the registration successfully.

Changes to registered race:

1. In case of special need for a change of RACE, a written request is necessary to be made before 18th November 2011, 17:30, If the change is from Marathon or Half Marathon to Mini Marathon, the entry fee difference will not be refunded. If the change is from Mini Marathon to Half Marathon & Marathon, the payment of the entry fee difference should be made.

Procedure to apply for changing event:


2. To apply by document - Participants state clearly the reasons for the change of RACE. This should be accompanied by an administration fee of MOP/HK$100 or US$13 (exchange rate difference will not be considered). The organizer will evaluate the applications, and the administration fee will be returned to unsuccessful applicants.
3. To apply online - Participants register online can log on to their personal account to apply, and state the reason in details for changing event. The Organizer will process the request within five working days, and reply by e-mail of the approval status. Upon successful approval, participant may then log on to their personal account to re-register. After re-select a new event and press "OK to pay", the original registration is cancelled and new event will be accepted after the online payment is successful and MOP$/HK$100 or US$13 (exchange rate difference will not be considered) as administration fee will be charged. However, should the online credit card payment failed, the participant has to bear the risk of losing the original registration.
4. Upon confirmation, registration cannot be amended to different category or transfer the ownership of the registration. Registration cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.
5. If the Organizer discovered that there’s athlete registered again using different dates to apply for another category/race, his/her participation will be cancelled and all paid registration fees will not be refunded.
